3 BD, 2 Bath totally updated mid-century classic. Walk, bike or drive to the beach. Several other beaches within 2 miles either north or south on Ocean Drive. Canova Beach is dog friendly.

Fully fenced backyard. Amenities include professional smoker/gas/charcoal grill, large outdoor space with fire pit and game room with pool table. Sleeps 6 comfortably, full size washer/dryer.

Oversize garage. Close to shopping and restaurants. Four flat screen TVs. One in each bedroom and a full size 70 inch TV in living room.

Adjacent to Gleason Park, a 27 acre dog friendly green space with a recreation center. Walk your pup along the lakeside trail and you may even encounter the protected gopher tortoises along the way.

The park is a Gopher tortoise preserve and is also pet friendly.

Small pets allowed, no smoking, no parties. Non-refundable pet fee is applicable for service and non-service animals. ($100.00 per pet) Sorry, no cats.
